"The Team" is a business game that allows you to learn about the contradictions and issues arising from the differences in positions between superiors and subordinates, as well as the differences in teamwork.
In "The Team," participants form teams of 3 to 5 members as part of a single company, dividing into a manager role (1 person) and subordinate roles (2 to 4 people) to compete against other teams (up to 5 companies). The manager's responsibilities are limited to decision-making, which includes "giving instructions to subordinates" and "deciding on budget allocation." All other tasks are delegated to the subordinates.
